I had such a great experience at the Arlo SoHo. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The location couldn’t be better — close to great restaurants and shops! The overall vibe was stylish yet comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again.

Rooms were very clean and cleaned daily. Staff were all so friendly, excellent coffee. Grab and go bar variety could be a little improved, more choice of hot rolls to take away / bagels etc. Restaurant food and drink very good. Clean and amazing value for money, definitely coming back!

The room was at 75 - 77 degrees at all times even when I tried to turn on the AC in the room, it actually got hotter. The thermostat may have been broken, but it definitely wasn't working. The hot water didn't work either and I was forced to take a cold shower. The fridge in the room wasn't really working while we're on the list of things that were broken in the room. The items in the fridge were luke warm even after putting it overnight. I had a one night stay, thankfully, but I spent the first 3 hours at the hotel at the lobby waiting for my room to be ready. After complaining about the long wait in getting my room, I was put in a room on the 3rd floor. I think this was a floor where staff clocked in and where they stored supplies. I understand that the staff are working, but it was loud even at night. Overall, a terrible experience for someone that was staying there for 18 hours. This was my 4th time staying at this particular hotel and the quality and experience has decreased drastically. It was a waste of time and money. I will most likely be looking for better options next time I am in SoHo.

Be aware that rooms are crazy small it’s for sure only for 1 person and even for one it’s tiny. No place to open your suitcase, no closet. Sink is in the room next to bed, from the bed you can touch the shower. Everything is reachable by hand 😂

Clean room but tight quarters. Had to go sideways between television and bed to get to other side of bed. The sliding door for the bathroom offers no privacy. Elevators work quickly.
