The rooms were not clean, there were holes in the towels, and it was missing basic amenities that are listed on the Expedia site such as a hair dryer.

Paid like 350$ for a night that def wasnt worth it. Rooms are definitely lacking. And there is NO sound isolation whatsoever, from the outside from the windows nor the inside of the building. Throughout the night, which i assume is housekeeping, kept like opening trash bags and cleaning with music on several times thru the night, waking me up. If you wanna sleep, do not book here. Also, they mentioned there was free breakfast and that's apparenlty coffee and tea only. False advertising. Front desk people where nice though, only reason why this review isnt a 0 star 🙄

room smells like mold, bathroom door had water damage, no proper shampoo/conditioner (seems like dial face soap) and you can hear noise from hallways and surrounding rooms easily. Staff tried to accommodate where they can, but somethings require hotel changes.

The staff put shampoo instead of hand soap in the dispenser above the bathroom sink. Then they deceptively tore off the label so we wouldn't notice they weren't providing hand soap, which is a health code violation. I could still see the "oo" from the "Shampoo" label, and it smelled and foamed exactly like the shampoo in the shower dispenser. I asked for hand soap and they changed it, but that doesn't change the deception. I hadn't noticed the "oo" on the dispenser til the morning, the soap smelled the same as my shampoo when I showered. Gross, all that time I hadn't been properly washing my hands, and this is cold and flu season. There isn't carpeting, so at least they're less likely to have bedbugs. I like that checkout is 12pm. I like that they had tea downstairs, I didn't like it that they didn't keep it stocked. I've had better coffee at truckstops though.

This place is affordable, clean, and in a decent area. I never once felt unsafe. This place is basic and good if you want to stay out of the city to save some money but do not expect much. You’ll get a clean room, Friendly staff, short walk to a subway station, but that’s about. My biggest complaint is the bedding. The bed is comfy but there is no duvet or anything to keep you warm just a paper thin blanket.
