The hotel was conveniently located in a good area for accessing uptown and downtown and offered a closed off street for lots of outdoor dining options. The room was very spacious and comfortably accommodated three of us. The true standout of the hotel experience was the incredible staff. They were super friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Terrible experience. We booked a deluxe suite king and first the room was dark with a very small window and facing an interior patio with no light at all! After we complained with no response, decided to stay, it was only one night right? At bed time there was a loud machine noise, for which we called and again nothing they could do about it, first time someone complained! We couldn’t believe it, super loud couldn’t sleep and worst of all the Assitant manager was condescending and made snarling remarks! What a terrible customer service. With all the hotel options in NY and after paying $465 for one night stay away from this hotel!!

Fabulous gem in an ideal location. Staff (Cristian and Des) were fantastic both at check in and out. room was quite spacious with an fab view of the Empire State Building. bathroom was well stocked with toiletries and towels. Will definitely be back in August
