Everything was incredible! The environment is super friendly and clean, the area is definitely perfect if you wanna go around manhattan and Times Square, they also have delivery food what was incredible aftera very long day when you don’t wanna eat more fast food and is a 24h mini market cross street! They could improve the “game room” but otherwise was perfect!

the hotel is a prefect location walking distance to everything, very friendly staff. the only downside is they need to upgrade the bathroom a little bit because there is no fan, so when you do your bizniz the smells stays there for a bit but overall if excellent. will stay there again.

Stayed for 4 days in October 2025. It is a small 'okish' 3 star hotel. It should not be advertised or expected to be a 4 star at all. Broken shower with no water temperature adjustment option for shower. Near by train line causea loud noise, so if you are a light sleeper, avoid.

Good location from penn station and msg. Nothing special abiut hotel except rooms were bigger than most nyc hotels and jess at front desk was great. She provides great customer service which we usually do not find at nyc hotels

I am not sure how this hotel is highly rated. From the lobby to our room, it was dirty and unkept. Our room had mold in the shower, toenail clippings on the ground and a broken window shade that didn't keep the light out at night. The final straw was they had turned off the A/C and our room was 81. When we asked about this issue, we were brushed off and told they couldn't resolve the issue. We were supposed to stay two nights, only ended up staying one and booked at another hotel for our remaining nights. Do fall for the ratings on this one.

Hotel has a very unappealing and small lobby. It looks like a laundry establishment not a hotel lobby. The room was clean, small and the furniture was so so. Air conditioning was good. The hallway was dark and unappealing.
