The staff at the reception was very professional, especially David! But when I was about to leave after three days, I sked the lady at the reception to call a cab for a ride to JFK. Well, she said the cab would charge me a flat rate of $90. However, when I get to JFK the cabby charged me more. And I had to dispute that through my bank. I believe the hotel staff should be vigilant regarding the dishonesty of that cabby.
