I like the location, room was clean. The breakfast is delivered in a paper bag. Muffing, orange juice, string cheese. (It could be better) One of the elevator wasn’t working, long waiting time.

Only one functioning elevator elevator for 22 floors of rooms, staff that could care less, included breakfast that was offensive (they would better to offer nothing), and extra charges they claim hotels.com doesn't include. Basically, aside from being clean, the place is awful.

Nice hotel for the value in a pricy Rockefeller square area. Some street noise from a loose manhole cover was pretty non stop all night. Not the hotel’s fault but the manager needs to get the city to secure the manhole cover.

The area's proximity to most of the tourist attraction is the pro of staying in this hotel. Most of them can be reach thru walking. The hotel and room is clean. There is free breakfast but i hope there is a variation or choices because in our 4 days stay the food are the same. Another thing that I dont like the most is the checkin process. Ive already done their check in online but when we arrived in the hotel we still need to wait for 2hrs for the room to be available. The standard checkin time is 3pm and we were able to go to the room at 5:15pm. No apology, no complimentary nothing.

Besides they failed to refresh the room! It was conveniently located! The front desk staff was professional and very pleasant! Breakfast was ok for complimentary. My room had a draw that was broken on check in and some of the furnishings had nicks but otherwise I would stay again!

Poor small rooms.

Dirty bathroom with cockroaches evident. Very loud staff at all hours of the night. Room was close to reception and lots of items stored outsode the room.

We had a wonderful trip, and a lovely stay here at the Citadines. The hotel was clean, well kept, well staffed, and from what we could tell very sustainable, which we really appreciated as well. The bed was super comfortable!
