I stayed two nights in early March (this past weekend), my room was very recently renovated, bright, immaculate, bathroom spotless, shower was perfect, floor perfectly clean, the square shape of the room made it feel spacious. Great staff, great service. I will stay there again!!

There was significant construction on some of the facility but the rooms and guests were pretty well protected from activity/noise. Some irregularities in amenities due to construction. Staff was awesome. Mattress was extra firm. That may be OK for some folks but was a problem for me.

Great location and the staff were very friendly. There are so many things within a walkable area. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. There is some construction inside going on, but it was never an issue. The rooms are very quiet and you can barely hear the street noise. The rooms are smaller, but that is New York. It was a good size to relax after a long day of exploring and get ready for the day. The staff were very nice and helpful. The area was very safe. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We had a perfectly pleasant stay at this hotel. I think some reviews we read were maybe a little generous given the fact that this place really will be needing a renovation soon. We did pay extra for a "city view", which, in fairness, I suppose, is exactly what we got since what screams "city" more than a construction site! Still. The positives are that it was quiet, we slept well, it was clean, and it was convenient. The front desk people were friendly and efficient. Negatives: needs a reno, hot water not very hot.
