Please do not stay at this hotel. I lost my diamond necklace and though they say they are investigating no concrete update given nor information provided. They also mistaken and took away my towel. But that’s minor compared to my diamond necklace. I still can’t believe my necklace gifted by my grandma for my wedding is now gone forever

The location was a 5 minute walk from Penn Station. It was across from a police building so the street felt very safe. The room was small but standard for a one bed room. Everything was very clean. They could have used some softer lighting in the room. All the lights were super bright. You could slightly hear the neighbors and hall but we didn't really have any night issues with that. Overall a really nice place.

Great experience!

Nice, updated, modern rooms. Bigger than most NYC hotel rooms. Easy check-in and check-out. Friendly staff. The gentleman at the bag check was particularly kind and helpful. Only minor negative was the mattress felt softer than we would like, but that's a personal preference. We normally pay the extra money to stay at the Cambria Chelsea, but we now have decided we like this hotel better and will try to book again. Overall, kudos to this team!

The decor in the building is upbeat, colorful and whimsical. The elevators are efficient. The breakfast is limited, but there are options in the neighborhood. The staff could not have been nicer - giving us a bag with water and chocolate upon check in - as though we were part of a wedding party.
