Can't comment on breakfast as didn't eat in the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable although housekeeping was a little hit and miss as to the consistency of service each day. Hotel was easy walking distance from Penn station and to most areas for exploring the city. Also very easy to get to the theatres and happy to walk in the area back from theatre late at night on my own (single female). Central, but quiet.

Staff was fantastic. Room was very clean and spacious, especially for NY. We had the double room and had an excellent city view. Location was good, very close to MSG, and no concerns about safety. Appreciated the onsite laundry and water refilling station.

The room was very clean. The housekeeper, Yvonne was professional and has a great smile. Location near Penn Station is great. A few changes would make the room more usable. The closet is poorly designed with the clothes rack extending from back to front (not horizontal). Clothes are hard to access and fall off the rack. The room did not have a safe in it. Staff stated a safe does not come with the room. Later, stated it should be in the closet. Engineering installed a safe. The bathroom shower is fine. The sink has a small surface area around it for objects. The sink faucet ideally would extend even 1-2 inches farther into the sink.

Didn't indulge in breakfast, heck we are in NYC to many other options. Great location, clean, super comfy bed. Check in was a little slow but the maid staff were super friendly and responsive.
