First night the heater was making a lot of noise, and it was impossible to sleep, told the staff the offer to send someone the second day but that was evening already and wanted to go to sleep. second night they had a leek on the floor, and they tried to fix it and made a lot of Nosie again and then left fan on the hole way all night. so didn't sleep for 2 nights and no heat on the second. i would like a full refund for this weekend!!

some staff were very rude. The hotel was under construction. The AC rattles all night. Asked for drinking glass...they said no. I'm Gold Elite and couldn't get a late checkout after told I could. They used to have coffee and water in the lobby but was gone after a few days...they referred me to a store at the corner. TV would jump on at random times and wake me up 2 times it was at 5:11am & 5:36am. Overall it was horrible

They advertise AC, but they turn it off in October and only provide heat. The room was hot and miserable. The windows don't open so the only option was to turn off the heat and live in a room with no air circulation. FALSE ADVERTISING!

Staff was ver kind clean rooms and nice facilities. The gym is a very nice addition. We also got impressed by the progress of the renovation. If there will be no issue and the insurance deposit will be returned in 3-5 business daya as we informed, it is an ideal place to stay, with direct transportation nearby to city center and all attractions.
