We had a pleasant experience at this hotel. It was close to many subway entrances and there was a pharmacy & Amazon Go store nearby for all of our needs. There were also a few bars & dining places around this hotel. We thought the hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. We did not experience any issues during our stay. We liked that the rooms were very spacious & so was the bathroom. The only thing is I wish that they had a bar or restaurant in the hotel, but that’s no fault on them that’s just a personal preference. Other than that, I liked the location accessibility to both uptown and downtown areas via the subway. We were also within a 10ish min walking distance of 5th avenue and Rockefeller center which was nice!

Perfectly fine but in need of updates. Furniture, linens, carpets, doors, elevators all showed real signs of wear. No towel bar in the bathroom other than one inside the bathtub/shower. The full length mirror divided into frames and very close to the sink making it hard to get dressed for a formal event.
