Staying at the Dream Midtown was a dream!

We were in town for the Broadway debut of a family member and the Dream Midtown made the occasion so extra special for us, every single staff member went above and beyond to make our stay spectacular. Will recommend this hotel to everyone I know!!!!

This hotel is outstanding! It's spotlessly clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and this is already my fourth time staying here. I love the location — just two blocks from Central Park — and there's a fantastic 24-hour deli right across the street with a delicious buffet. I also want to extend my sincere thanks to Imelda Miguel, Director of Housekeeping, and Gonzalo Ortega for their exceptional service. After I accidentally left my laptop behind at checkout, they quickly arranged to have it FedExed to me while I was already at the airport. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Thank you again for your outstanding hospitality!

Short walk to the Theater District and shops on 5th Ave and Madison Ave. Serafina Restaurant’s food is delicious. PhD Bar is hip and fun with great rooftop lounge. Room rates exceptionally competitive. Rooms are modern and comfortable.

Room smelled horrible upon arrival, thermostat was vanity (couldn’t regulate temp or fan), adjacent rooms were incredibly loud with small children. I was not notified there was construction next door until check in, made it impossible to work from room. Would NOT recommend.

Would stay again

When we arrived the building across the strert was going through renovation, so it was noisy. The hotel was good , front desk was helpful, clean rooms , very tastful decor , and very pleasant place to be . The only negative part were the elavators . Very small but thats the only thing i had an issue with . Great location and had plenty of places to visit in the area. Room was a decent size for two people . I would definitely consider staying again

Great staff, horrible hotel experience with LOUD

There was construction so loud that it shook the entire building from 8-5 pm. If I would have known I would have booked another location. They were unwilling to compensate in any way. It may be a good idea for them to offer incentives to pay a lot of money for a hotel and also not be able to hang out in the room from 8-5 m-f regardless whether they claim it is their fault or not. We had three different rooms in different locations in the hotel all of them were in very loud locations.
