The WiFi did not work. Two elevators were broken. There is a night club on the roof. The one working elevator was used to user club goers and not hotel guests. I was also not informed at check in that my room was directly under the dance floor. So I had zero sleep. When asking the front desk about this they didn’t care.

Room was booked under Andrew Jeune and the front desk staff member allowed for someone else to check into the room without proper authorization or name being added by the primary booker which is not hotel standard or protocol. Was left no choice but to book an additional room due to the room being occupied by someone else they allowed access to Chris Garcia which was not even registered to the room.

The rooms are incredibly dark - especially the bathrooms. No lamps that actually provide enough light to read or even put on makeup. I needed to cancel my room for one of the nights. Hotel.com said Hyatt needed to approve. Hyatt said they would not. I have stayed there multiple times for work and will now be finding another hotel for my upcoming monthly trips.

It’s ok , a bit below average and what I expected . The location is nice but overall the hotel had nothing special , no coffee machine or complimentary coffee/tea. Room is quite small . Room price is fair to NYC however Although I paid fully on the app including taxes … we had to pay extra 80$ upon checkout for fee charges and tax which dint make sense .

Great location, staff and service. Clean and nice atmosphere. Thzt said, I was not informed until I checked in, that there was high decible jack hammering construction going on righ outside my window that was scheduled from 8am to 5pm everyday. - I could see this has been going on for weeks, and it would have been a nice courtesy to let me know this. It was impossible to sleep through as the room was shaking combined with a deafining noise. In fact it was so loud I couldn't hear the TV in my room. - Four what I paid for the room, this was a huge dissapointment.

So many midtown NYC hotels are like this. Grimy, small, unreliable, smelly, dilapidated etc. The mindset is "well, it's New York!" or that you should be grateful to have anything at all. It's bonkers. No fridges, No Ice, No gym, front desk workers that get mad at you for asking for help. Small rooms. Beds that are chipping and falling apart. Mildew filled shower curtains. Windows that look out to the side of a building. Thin walls. The worst part was elevators that don't work. Climbing a tiny staircase up 9 flights wasn't exactly my idea of hospitality worth paying for. I wish I had a refund but don't like being a Karen. I guess I'll just type about it. Horrible hotel.
