The staff is great. I needed to change rooms, and staff was quickly responsive and highly accommodating. They also give great tips on where to find items that you need from stores within walking distance of the hotel. And I deeply appreciate the complimentary breakfast in the hotel.

Im giving a 5 just based on support they gave during being stuck in the storm and not knowing how many extra days we'd need. When everything was going wrong the hotel was calm and fixed that part effortlessly. Great desk staff. Only a few small issues which i didnt ask to be corrected. Difficult to close bathroom door. Crazy strong coffee and noisy air conditioning.
