Good location, however as a Marriott Hotel, they have dropped the ball. Aircon had to have a technician 3 times to fix, the shower drain was blocked and filled up the standing tray. Their telephone system did not work as per the instructions on the telephone.e.g dial 1 for desk, just rang out.Advised that they hadnt updated the phones or instructions. Finally, the breakfast was served on paper plates, plastic cutlery and plastic cups. I felt like we were at a Mc Donalds, not a Marriott Hotel. When I raised these issues, there were plenty of apologies, however who wants to spend their holiday sorting out basic maintenance needs or eating from cardboard and plastic. I note the price did not reduce for a Marriott Hotel stay, just the quality on many fronts. You have damaged a very good brand that we have used in many countries now, and we will not stay at a Marriott Hotel again. Buyer beware, if your happy with a McDonald's restaurant and poorly maintained rooms, then this is the hotel to stay at in New York. Very disappointed

Central location, walk to lost tourist places. We had a family of 4 and the room was super small, bathroom was also tight. The free breakfast was just ok, but it’s free. We only eat there once for the same reason. Staff was friendly.

Lovely and clean! Very friendly and helpful staff which made it a great stay. Enjoyed the amenities and the room was cozy and comfortable. The shower was hard to maintain during the stay because of the wet room style, it would be great if a squeegee was provided or extra floor towels. The air conditioning in the room was good but air quality got a bit stuffy at times - not a dealbreaker though. Good facilities as well with the gym but the laundry room could use a few more laundry pods or fabric softener options as the washer didn’t the only clean my clothes and dryer was semi dry.

Room was perfect and very comfortable. But the bar was wayyyy too pricey and limited selection. Bartender told me it was 'Last Call', so I could only order 1 drink but when I walked by it 30 minutes later it was full again🤔

Good location, very clean, but rooms were VERY small with only one tiny freestanding armoire with two shelves to hold clothing. We were a family of 3 and hardly had any room to put our clothes away. We also like to reuse towels to conserve water but with only two tiny hooks in the bathroom, it was hard to hang up damp towels to dry. Breakfast was very sub-par and extremely crowded.
