Personal was awesome, the location was great for where I needed to be, the only issue is that the Heater stoped working, the good thing they brought us a portable and worked just fine. The only thing I would recommend them is to get better sound proof windows, that amount of noise from outside is too much, but the rest it was just a great stayed.

Nice place, great location. Liked their decor/vibe and was spacious and better-priced for NYC. Main drawbacks were the street noise was loud, which isn’t always the case in a NYC hotel, and the water pressure was horrible and not very hot.

Staff was amazing. Daniel, Hero, and Brandon all stood out and went out of their way to make our stay even better. Would come back just for them. The housekeeping was phenomenal and was also so kind.
