upon checking in, I I was double booked in a room with a guest who was already there. I went back down I was offered points, which I don’t think was fair and two extra bottle of water. I was then called back down because I wasn’t properly checked in and I needed to rerun my card. We were given a room, but not for the city view that I had paid extra for. breakfast was OK food was cold. Would I stay again maybe

Excellent staff. Regular room cleans. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff. 5 minutes from Grand Central. Large room (we had two double beds) plenty of room. Rooms dated and a bit tired but absolutely fine. The hotel is in the middle of a rejuvenation 👍

Room was clean but outdated. Staff was friendly, especially staff during breakfast in the morning. We specifically traveled to NYC during this time to see it during Xmas time so was disappointed to see the hotel still had their fall decor up when the rest of the city was decked out in all the holiday swag.
