The property is convenient. Buy my eye got bitten by a bug or spider in the middle of the night while I was sleeping and I am still recovering from it. The place looks clean on the surface. But whether they disinfect the rooms is another question.

I reserved a King bed, but was given a 2 x Queen. When i questioned the staff, they simply said that its a bigger room. Well, i need the larger bed because of my height, therefore wasnt pleased how it was just pushed off.

Very good central location within two blocks of Grand Central Station and Times Square. Staff very helpful and only significant problem was the bed which had a very soft mattress and pillows which made it a struggle to sleep and get out of the bed.

This hotel is close to time square, there are a few nice restaurants across the street (Thai, Mediterranean, pizza) and the train is nearby which made it really easy to get downtown to the west village or up to the Yankees stadium. walking distance to most things in midtown and Central Park. The hotel itself was clean and the rooms were well insulated and quiet. I was worried that because we were close to Times Square that we would hear everything going on outside but not at all! The room was definitely small but it had everything we needed and I’d stay here again.

I checked in on app but still had to do everything at the front desk. Not a big deal but other hotels I've stayed at that had app check-in, I got a digital key and didn't need to do anything else. We arrived at 4:30pm and the room wasn't ready; they said they still had to clean it. When we finally got our room, the thermostat was turned completely off so it was super hot and stuffy in the room and took a good 30 min to cool off. The room was the tiniest room I've ever stayed in. It would barely fit 1-2 people, but certainly not 4, like our family. There was still trash in the bathroom trash can when we first got in the room. The 3rd day we were there, our key wouldn't work for the elevator or our room (and the digital one wouldn't work either), so I had to go back down to the desk to see what was wrong (thankfully others were on the elevator so I could get back down! You have to use your room key to go up and down the elevator). They blamed the keys not working on me putting it too close to electronics, even though the digital key on the app wasn't working either. Apparently we had been "checked out", even though we still had 2 nights left on our stay. I chose this hotel because it had better reviews than the one I stayed at previously, since it was closer to what we wanted to do. But I would definitely choose the other one 10 times over this one.

Good location. Just a short walk to Times Square, Central Park etc. The staff was friendly, the room was clean upon arrival. My gripes would be the AC unit was extremely loud. Our room had a terrible alley view. Our room wasn’t cleaned until late in the evenings. And the bathroom door in our broken was broken. It took A LOT of force to open and shut the sliding glass door.

Hotel location is great. Very close to Times Square, Rockefeller building, parks and about 15 min walk to Central Park. Close to several metro stations including grand central. Hotel room small for a family of 4 with two teenagers. Would be nice if hotel room had queen beds instead of full size beds. Hotel staff ok , the air conditioning unit leaked twice but they sent a tech technician to fix it quickly. Coffee maker did not work. Hotel was clean. but cleaning staff did not stock restrooms supplies so we needed to ask a few times for toilet paper and soap. Did not try breakfast but around the hotel there are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and food trucks.
