Staff were very helpful, the rooms were a decent size considering it’s New York City. The shower was nice and spacious with really great quality shower and body wash readily available. The biggest frustration was the elevator situation. There is only one elevator for the entire hotel, that kept breaking during our stay. The elevator area actually had 2 elevators but one was almost always broken. Sometimes, because of this, we would wait 20 minutes or More to get to the main level. One day we got tired of waiting and walked down the 24 flights of stairs. Other than this, it was a pleasant stay. It was a good location, a few streets over from radio city and about a half a mile or so from Times Square. Lots of diving of all budgets within a few streets. Overall a decent stay.

I booked a room for one night we were going to a show. The view was great of NYC, however, it had a handicapp accessible bathroom which would have been OK but the engineering of the design was extremely inaccurate causing the water to cover the bathroom floor passing under the door, and puddle on the floor outside the bathroom. It required an extra set of towels on the floor to contain the water. It is a hazard looking to happen. I could not stand at the bathroom sink and use the mirror there was that much water on the floor. It was apparent that this was an ongoing problem because the bottom of the bathroom door showed evidence of being patched and painted over. Our room was on the 26th floor and only 1 of the 2 elevators worked. Needless to say, we were packed in the elevators like sardines, and for a person who suffers from clostiphobia it took all I had to focus in order to not have a panic attack. Yes, this was brought to the attention of the manager on duty. Next is the Hilton corporate to share photos.

I payed for a room with a city view and did not get that. Water from shower soaks the whole bathroom floor. Check in was for 3 and our room wasn’t ready until 6pm

Room was clean. The shampoo and body wash they supply in the room is nice. My only complaint was waiting FOREVER for the elevators. There are only 2. And if the cleaners are on them they skip floors to go to where they need to be. All the staff i encountered were very nice amd helpful. I loved that they are willing to tag your bags and keep them while we walk around before check in. I wish the hot chocolate they out front lasted longer.
