The Hilton Garden Inn was a great choice for us. We could walk to many of the attractions and restaurants. The staff was wonderful! The only downside is the hotel amenities listed laundry facilities and they didn’t have any. Otherwise a great hotel!!

Far and few between our hotels that still make your bed and give you fresh towels and coffee supplies daily. I was pleasantly surprised to receive this service at the Hilton Garden Inn. Also, we loved the location of this hotel as it is right by a subway station and Herald Square by the giant Macy’s. It’s less than a half a mile walk from the train station as well as Times Square.

Great location, clean and pretty good value. Limited amenities but it’s in the city so not surprising. Very centrally located and easy to take public transportation, including to and from airport but takes about 45 min to an hour. Didn’t have any view of the city and not sure if other rooms do.

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. Location was very good, walking distance to Broadway and Time square. Also metro station was right outside hotel entrance. Staff was helpful and friendly. Great location! Right next to the Empire State Bldg. Subway station right outside the front door. Staff was super friendly. Just a great stay! Helped up arrange travel to and from the airport. Only real complaint is the room was tiny, but that's just NYC. We weren't in the room long enough for it to be a problem. Would definitely stay there again.
