Perfect location hotel with very large rooms (for NYC). Block from Times Square and Broadway. Nice hotel lobby bar. Rooms are a bit outdated, had some issues with parking where they suddenly didn’t have valet but they still charged full rate. Rooms are quiet and clean.

Nice location to Times Square just a few steps off all the crazy. Small entrance is hard to find. The front staff were not helpful nor tried to make stay enjoyable. No concierge available. Only clean rooms every other day and didn’t even communicate that to us. Room has definite age signs. Everytime I showered the pipes would make horrible sounds which was I’m sure disturbing to my neighbors.

The person at the counter treated me very badly. From the moment I arrived, I asked to leave my bags, but he didn't let me. He charged me 50 dollars... He didn't tell me how to get to the room. The toilet is blocked. The people who work here are very unfriendly, except for one girl who I told what happened to and she told me that there is a place to leave my bags that I could have used... obviously the person who helped me only wanted to charge me. A very bad experience, they should put friendly people at the entrance desk... who explain everything well and treat the guests well. Terrible experience.

This was a really pleasant hotel. The property is not particularly fancy, but the staff and service were exceptional. We were able to get into our room early and store our bags after checkout. The bell captain got us a car service to the airport. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was polite and professional. However, bottled water should be available free of charge to all guests throughout their stay, not just at checkin. And the rooms should also have microwaves or one should be available for guests to use on each floor.

We had no heat so the hotel was super cold on a cold night. There were no accommodations for that. However, the hotel front desk staff member with the low cut and glasses was super nice!
