This hotel was decent for the middle of NY. The room is TIGHT if you are traveling with the family. We weren't in our room much and it's a good thing. The elevators are slow, there is not a fridge or microwave in room. The ice machines are only on certain floors. This room was sufficient for the couple of days we were there.

Bed was very comfy and the pillow were amazing and a a long day walking new york, hotel clean and staff friendly, would rather a kettle in the room rather than the coffee pod this as that was rubbish, overall, great base to see manhattan

The staff was friendly and welcoming, but the rooms were quite small, with limited space to move around—especially in the bathroom and bedroom areas. Unfortunately, housekeeping did not service our room on the final night of our stay, even though we were out for most of the day. When we returned in the evening and called the front desk, we were handed blankets and sheets to make the bed ourselves, which was disappointing. Overall, while the stay was okay, it didn’t feel like it matched the price we paid.
