Gracious staff - The employee even remembered I called to confirm my reservation. Appreciated the gift bag upon arrival and the hot chocolate and candy canes. Also a good location for our concert at MSG. Would stay here again

Each time I entered the lobby, I was welcomed with a heartfelt “Hello” and a genuine smile, making me feel right at home. Their kindness went far beyond the expected: they made my son feel comfortable and cared for, and Rovena’s thoughtful gesture made my daughter’s birthday extra special.
