I'm not sure if it was just my room but any time the HVAC turned on there was an obnoxiously loud noise in my wall that was so bad that I had to turn it off. The shower pressure might as well have been a fire hose it was so forceful with no way to adjust. The bed was comfy and the room was clean.

A pleasant stay very comfortable rooms and the customer service is amazing everyone is all so willing to understand any conflict we faced and we got solutions to it from transport to bank cards not working etc we will return for sure

The staff over all was great. The tourist were horrible. I don’t know how the staff do it but their professionalism was exceptional! The staff were great! I have not received my deposit yet though! Tried calling and no answer!

Reception and staff very helpful, helping with suitcases and any requests, lovely. Room very small but in New York so to be expected. Virtually no vegan options for breakfast (apart from fruit and potatoes, something like tomatoes would have been nice?). A lot of plastic waste, why not use real knives, forks and plates, everything was throw away. However overall great, great location, lovely staff, excellent front of house concierge who were amazing and made our stay even better

Dog friendly

Perfect location 12 minute walk to convention center short walk to Time Square four minute walk to parking garage. I will definitely stay here again.
