The property is conveniently located, bathroom and bedding nice. The carpet is worn. The elevator was out of service on day we checked out so had to carry luggage down 5 flights of stairs as hotel made no accommodations. Also, TV didn’t work and night manager said no one on duty to address the TV issue. I had to beg to get batteries to see if this was the issue. It was not. Lobby very small

Can’t beat the location for the price, close to 4 subway lines, and the entire Lower East Side is a walkable from there including the Brooklyn Bridge

The Leon hotels was a very small and cute hotel that provided a very comfortable & cleanliness room/ stay for my family of 4. We stayed here for 8 nights and LOVED everything about this hotel, it felt like home . Did I mention the great views this hotel had .

Hear adjuster

The room was cold the whole stay. Told guest services an they did nothing about it. The heat was not working. The television remote control had to change the batteries twice for it to work. Other then that the bed was comfy.

Hotel alone was clean. Staff was nice but not so helpful. TV did not work. I tried to reach out to front desk put on hold and was told you’d call back never called back window was open and would not lock made me feel very unsafe slept with the light on all night Left the hotel earlier than I expected.
