The hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was cleaned each day, which was very nice. They have a nice check in/check out time - 3pm and 11am. We got there early and our room was ready

Arrival wasn’t the warmest. As we pulled up to the valet area with our car, there was no valet ?! There wasn’t anyone to offered help with our bags on our check in date. Didn’t sleep well due to the ac unit in our room. They had an old school ac unit out the window that was very noisy. Shower was fantastic, good pressure good heat. Check out was better, they were nice enough to hold our bags for 2 hours, and they helped with the bags, and gave us water for our departure. If they fix the ac unit or replace it, and service at arrival I would consider rebooking. First impressions go a long way.

One of the worst stays I have ever had! A 5 Star Cage I would call this hotel (Motel) (Based on the room I received for my stay) Non-professional customer service and a terrible experience.

Room was clean and minimalistic. I didn’t grab breakfast, they did provide me with a coffee card per night stay. Bottle water provided in the room. They should fix the toilet in room 505 as it was wobbly.

Pros: very nice size room, well located to train and theater, very, very nice staff Cons: advertised as having hardwood floors-our room had painted cement/no rugs; no outlets or docking stations near bed-super inconvenient; minimal outlets; short shower curtain-water everywhere; no coffee in room but available for free in lobby-an inconvenience depending on which floor you’re on; temperature control unit is so high up, no clue what you’re setting it on. This is a really nice hotel but given the above, not a 4 star property.
