Another 5 star adventure.

Another great trip. Last day before returning to reality. This is our second stay at this property and we liked it even more. The location is close to the train station, subways going up and down (and all around), great places to eat, lots of shopping, and close to the public libraries that have great exhibits.

the hotel is situated in the heart of all actions. we enjoyed our stay. parking is couple blocks. and cheaper then most of other places.i think it will be even better if they offer complimentary breakfast

Hotel was extremely loud and our toilet was broken and no shower gel refilled upon arrival. Room was missed one day for cleaning so we had to request clean towels. Barking dog in adjacent room woke us up early 2 mornings. Staff sat on counters and appeared very unprofessional.

I loved our stay at this hotel. It was so cute. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash smelled amazing and getting to our room was so convenient from the stairs. My only issue was the bed felt very worn out and I woke up feeling very sore. Safety wise the hotel feels safe but once you get out

Absolutely gross and dirty hotel. Looks nothing like the pictures, barely any air conditioning, hair all over the bathroom floor, sink leaks, no hot water. I do not understand why this hotel is getting positive reviews. I actually cancelled the remainder of my reservation and booked a new hotel.

I liked the area because everything was close by. The hotel staff, specifically the woman at the front desk, wasn't very friendly and was a bit rude when I asked her questions about the Wi-Fi password, for example. But the rest was fine!.

Decent place to stay

Air conditioner struggled to cool the room and was loud. Bed was comfy but very soft and the frame was squeaky. Lastly, we were on the second floor directly above the bar so we could hear more noise than desired until closing at midnight. Despite all that, the service was great-super friendly and helpful front desk staff. I would stay again and just ask for a higher room if possible.
