Staff was great. Nothing stood out as overall amazing. Room was comfortable. View of Time Square was nice. The social aspect of the hotel where bar and restaurant was, was nice. I was assisted by a male bartender who was absolutely amazing. Made it comfortable to sit at the bar alone.

The staff was excellent and the room was clean and good but it’s all about the views and location which this hotel provides at every turn. Even the windows by the elevators offer spectacular views. And walk outside to Times Square.
