This was in a great location for seeing broadway shows, Central Park, and shopping. It was in pretty good shape (slightly broken toilet seat and a stain on the couch, but nothing terrible). Beds were comfortable. The lobby is on a higher floor, which was slightly inconvenient, as the elevators were busy all of the time. In addition, there was a lobby event happening one night of our stay, so there was a long line for the elevator, and we ended up needing to take a service elevator to get up. Unfortunately, the bar and lobby were closed during this time, but we had not been informed in advance. This hotel was still good value for the money, and I would likely consider staying again.

Perfect spot for a city trip

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in NYC, yes, it is more pricey than other offerings but rooms were a lot more spacious, it’s in a great location and amenities such as the gym and roof top terrace were great!

The rooms were a perfect size for two people. Bed was super comfy. We really liked the location between Times Square and Central Park. Love that while we were in our room we couldn’t hear other guests around us. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at M social. The location is amaaazing! We walked to most of the sights - we walked to Times Square, Central Park, Summit One. There were 2 subway stations that were super close. We were also able to come from JFK on the E line which was super convenient. We stayed in a room with a Hudson River view. We really enjoyed the NYC skyline views. There is also a nice rooftop bar with amazing views on Times Square. The hotel was hip and young. I would totally recommend it!
