This a great spot in Times Square! Right across from Angelina’s, and the drinks/service were great. No complaints at all! We will definitely be staying here again for our next trip!

The hotel location and cost for January was amazing. The lobby had a very cool vibe. Check in was easy. The music from the lobby was loud late into the evening. I was on the 9th floor and I wish I had known about the noise level. I would have asked for or bought a room higher up. Unclear about check out. If you google the hotel it tells you they prefer to check out in person. I tried calling the operator from my room phone but it rang busy every time. So I ended up going down to the front desk to seek clarification. At that point I just checked out in person but you can just walk away and leave your room keys behind if you wish to do so and they have your email to send you a receipt. But overall would stay there again for its prime location and cleanliness.

We were there for 11 days. Was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in while in NY. Really great bar and lounge area. Room was coomfortabe and reasonsble size.

Second time staying here. Once again it was a great stay. Friendly staff, quiet rooms (not able to hear what was happening outside),comfortable beds, and a truly great location. The hotel is central to everything that you want or need when visiting NYC. Once again it was great, easy and smooth. Will return again.

It was not as clean as I would like in our room and we could not control the temperature well. It was really hot in our room so we had to open windows to cool the room down. Even the facility person came to our room and said best thing to do is open the windows.

Except because the hotel do not have their own parking and you have to park and pay in an external parking (IPark) a block ahead and get back walking, everything else was excellent.

Great hotel. Only complaint is temperature. When we arrived Friday, the room was 85 degrees. We opened windows and turned off thermostat. It was 75 by the time we left on Sunday. Friendly staff and good location.

Very nice view and lobby area. The parking gave me a lot of headache… with no in and out privileges in the nearby garages I had to pay for overnight garage fees and street parking around the hotel during the day which really added up since everyone in my party was not capable of walking the distances and riding subways which was the case with my elderly mom who traveled with us. We needed to drive the car during the day so that was the only way around it. With that being said, this hotel is great, just not that accessible for certain individuals. Additionally there are only two elevators to take you to lobby which would likely be fine on a regular day but we got caught in with a very large travel group of teenagers that also stayed there which resulted in us waiting for a long time to get to and from our rooms on about 4 different times. The first time in, the door staff helped us in around them so we could get up but after that night we were just stuck lol but it’s fine, that happens. The doormen were so kind and helpful! They did a great job with maneuvering the large travel group and getting them up and down as fast as possible. The hotel staff and bartenders were very nice, helpful, and accommodating! Room was a little dusty in area where cups were held. However, I would definitely stay here again when I’m not driving in the city of course.
