We had a reservation for two nights at this hotel over Halloween, but due to a flight change, we had to leave early and ended up staying less than 17 hours. I completely understand that this situation was not the hotel’s responsibility. However, from the moment we arrived (even before check-in), I attempted to speak with someone at the front desk about the possibility of refunding the second night, but the manager was unavailable, which I understand, as it was the weekend. We then contacted the third-party platform through which I made the booking, and they informed me that they had attempted to reach the hotel a couple of times but were unable to get a response. Upon our departure, we were finally provided with the manager’s email, and I sent a message immediately from the front desk. Unfortunately, neither the third party nor I received a reply. Because of this lack of communication and unwillingness to address unforeseen circumstances, I would not recommend staying at this property.

The room was in very poor condition. The bed and bath seemed clean, but the carpets looked like they were very old and dirty… did not seem like a place that would warrant a $450 nightly rate even on a busy weekend.
