Best cost benefit

Best cost and benefits. There are 2 parking lot nearby. Luggage room very well organized, we need more time in NYC after checkout and our luggages were very well cared. There is a subway next block, some restaurants near and next to the Hotel 1 pharmacy. I liked and I’ll come back.

Good for a night or two; convenient location

Hotel is affordable for the area and conveniently located near the 1,2,3 subway station. The property itself is old and rundown, and definitely needs some updating and cleaning. The bed was comfortable and seemed clean, though. The check-in process was quick and easy.

What you’d expect for a low-budget hotel in terms of style and amenities. However, the hotel was dirty, stains in bathrooms, and cracks in the sink and tiles. Location is convenient to subway.

This is a comfortable and affordable hotel for those who want to visit the city and enjoy the day out. However, there were noises coming from the water heater every time somebody took a shower, which was very bothersome, making it harder to fall asleep.

Good location and decent hotel, but they need to upgrade elevators (only one small elevator working and it sounded like it could break at any time) and there was no soap in the bathroom (they told me to use the bath gel attached to the wall in the shower but that doesn't really work for the sink and hand-washing is important!)
