We had a reservation for two nights at this hotel over Halloween, but due to a flight change, we had to leave early and ended up staying less than 17 hours. I completely understand that this situation was not the hotel’s responsibility.
However, from the moment we arrived (even before check-in), I attempted to speak with someone at the front desk about the possibility of refunding the second night, but the manager was unavailable, which I understand, as it was the weekend.
We then contacted the third-party platform through which I made the booking, and they informed me that they had attempted to reach the hotel a couple of times but were unable to get a response.
Upon our departure, we were finally provided with the manager’s email, and I sent a message immediately from the front desk. Unfortunately, neither the third party nor I received a reply.
Because of this lack of communication and unwillingness to address unforeseen circumstances, I would not recommend staying at this property.
