Amazing how close it is to Time Square, and not a far walk to Central Park. Smaller room, but the beds were comfy! I did bring my own Roku for the TV which really helped, mostly because I couldn’t find the tv remote. I wasn’t overly concerned about it, but it was convenient to have my Roku with me. Enjoyed dining at Serendipity as well!

The staff was very congenial and very helpful. Initially, the room seemed small but more than adequate for our needs. Our room was on the 7th floor, facing the street. There was a little noise, but not a problem. The room was literally sterile. The elevators were quite good and the man running the luggage room on the first floor was very helpful. The hotel's advertising said it was one minute from Times Square. We walked it in 30 seconds. All in all, a good value for the price. We'll be back!

OK hotel

The staff at the front desk is very helpful and friendly making the check-in process hassle free. The location is ideal and at a good area especially being near Times Square. The room is small, good for 1 person or a couple. Also, there is no closet to hang up any clothing, only hooks. The color of the room was very dull and makes it look very dingy. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were not that much better. The bathroom was ok with the necessary amenities. Overall, I think the rooms need some upgrade.

Have really low expectations. Bed was terribly squeaky just sitting on it. Elevator takes forever. Paint just globbed on imperfections. Curtains ripped. Like everything was bought at a yard sale and thrown in a room. Would not go back.

Tv and air conditioning didn’t work first two nights. Brought it up to guest services after first night but they weren’t able to get us a new room until the next day. Only refunded 2 days of service fees which was $90. Felt like we should’ve been comped or refunded a little bit more. Hotel is in great location right in Times Square. Very basic though and doesn’t offer much other than a place to sleep and clean up but for the price it isn’t bad.
