Hotel was beautiful! Amazing views from the rooftop restaurants every day. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. Anthony at the front desk was incredible! He made us laugh and gave some very solid dinner recommendations. Absolutely will stay here again next time I'm in NYC.

No kerb side assistance. I had luggage and struggled to get through the double door system with my bags while porters simply watched. Nobody attempted to assist with the doors or offered to take my bags. No welcome at reception. Check-in was a scripted unnatural exchange. Receptionist was evasive and not helpful with responses.
