Great location great customer service at the front desk. Wayne was absolutely helpful kind and phenomenal at what he does. The view was superb. The room was very clean brand new and very comfortable. Will definitely return again!!!

Welcome staff are unfriendly, also at check out very grumpy. They did not inform me about a holding deposit and that it will take 1 month to be refunded. Breakfast was pretty average , apart form the cleaning staff and also the patrons at breakfast the rest of them need up their attitudes as they not cut out for hospitality. They also randomly knocked and then opened out room door at midnight, if were wete not up that would have been interesting.we reported that and they still investigating.

The room was clean, and we never really spoke with the staff except when we first arrived. The hotel shows a bit of wear, but it's NYC. Location was off the charts perfect. Never had any issues with feeling safe. Best of all, and why I would stay again, the VIEW. We had a corner room overlooking Time Square on the 64th floor. Could have stayed in the room all day, looking out the window. The free breakfast in the morning was average to a little better. But it was free and saved a few bucks in the morning. The elevator was a little difficult at times, but it's a 65-floor hotel with I think 4 elevators, and a lot of people, but it wasn't that bad.

We absolutely loved staying here and this is our new go to property. The breakfast buffet in the morning was amazing in our room had a wonderful view. Everything was very clean!

We had a late arrival after midnight and the room wasn’t fully kept before we arrived. The bathroom was missing the bath mat, towels, and wash rags and an inhaler was left on the counter. Had to ask housekeeping for them the next morning. It was also cold and the blankets weren’t very heavy/warm. Expected a comforter of sorts but only had a sheet and a quilt. We’re pinned between the elevator banks so it was quite loud listening to the elevators go up and down constantly. The bathroom mirror was also broken in the bottom corners.
