Very convenient location. Easy access to subway stations. Specious and clean room. Friendly staff. We came back to the room while the room was cleaning. The door was open, we walked in to the room then the house keeper, Farida, asked us to scan our room key to the door. She was very friendly and polite. I appreciated the small one step to make sure keep the room secured. We really enjoyed the stay. Thank you very much.

There were many positives- staff friendliness (housekeepers to front desk staff), convenient location, view. However the quality of the linens and paper products is subpar for a Marriott Residence Inn. Our bath linens were thin to the point of being almost threadbare. The bed linens were scratchy. An upgrade in these areas would make a world of difference!

Location is worth it

This hotel was a short walk to Central Park, Times Square, and Broadway shows. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The check in and check out process is easy, and the location was great for us first timers in NYC wanting to explore.
