Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process set the tone. The front desk staff member was wearing large headphones, focused on her phone, and ignored guests waiting at the desk for several minutes. When we finally received our room keys, they didn’t work. Instead of resolving the issue herself, she sent another staff member to swap one of the keys.
Later, when we asked for breakfast recommendations nearby, her response was simply: “Google has recommendations.” This lack of hospitality was shocking. To make matters worse, on our first night, we were woken up at 1 a.m. by hotel staff loudly arguing with a guest right outside our door because of a payment issue.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and disruptive environment made our stay unpleasant from start to finish.
