The room was clean when we arrived, but we had half a roll of toilet paper and when we asked for refill repeatedly we did not receive any. We had to buy our own. No housekeeping the towels started to smell like mildew. No complimentary breakfast as advertised. No light outside the entrance made it hard to find and

Stayed for 7 days yet room was not cleaned once. Room had no glasses. Property very beat up with strange smell in my room I swear was urine. Location is very convenient to get to manhattan. Owners should put a little effort to make the property pleasant.

À l arrivée le Check inn a été assez long pour finalement nous donner une chambre et quand nous sommes arrivés nous sommes entrés et il avais déjà quelqu un couche dans le lit … nous avons du retourner au desk et là sa été encore plus long pour nous retrouver une chambre et nous étions pas les seules a voir ce problème. c es quand même inquiétant a ce demander quand nous serons parti si y va avoir des gens qui vont aller dans notre chambre . Deuxième chose y avais un frigo mais n étais pas brancher et le fil ne se rendais pas a la prise … Et pour finir ya eux des frais de 50$ de charger de plus que ce que y étais indiqué sur site

I was checked into an occupied room at first, then had no TP in my room upon check in. The hotel was clean, but there is no iron to iron your clothes in the hotel at all. There is no cable only antenna TV (couldn’t watch Monday Night Football) and the area was not very good. Air conditioning was not working in my room the first night but thankfully was cool and I could crack the window.

Worst hotel in NYC

Do NOT stay here, complete disaster. How Hotels.com allows them online is beyond me. The room lacked the following: There was no shower curtain and front desk just shrugged. There was no tv remote or a way to turn on the tv. There was no closet. There were two beds that were extremely uncomfortable and lumpy. The sink worked. Although no closet there were a few hooks screwed into the wall. There were several Jesus stickers on the doors and wall.

The only thing under the sink cabinet was a sopping wet rag in a pool of water.

Well I came to check in before 3, just to get my room faster when the room was ready, I got 15usd charge, then came back at 3:30, the guy in the front desk told me I had no payment, I had to pay twice, that last guy was impolite and unnecessary rude.

Don’t do it. Trust me.

Don’t do it. The positive reviews have to be fake. Doesn’t show up on navigation as it should. Charged $30 upon arrival for no reason. Key didn’t work first time. No towels - literally air dried - funny, but dumb. 2 small square pillows. Very comfy bed. Just spend the extra and get a real room, this place is not for real. We went down in the morning to request towels and dude literally just added us to a very long list of names and room numbers. We just air dried and got out of there. Literally no towels of any size.

Room AC barely functioned. No clue why the design of the room would have it where the AC unit is in the windowsill but with the curtains installed in front. Room was incredibly stuffy, we ended up leaving a night early unfortunately.

The hotel does not deserve the 7.2 rating it has on Expedia. From the moment I arrived, I felt unsafe, as if people were checking on me. The room had several broken items and was poorly maintained. I had booked for more than two nights, but I couldn’t bear to stay longer and decided to check out early, even without a refund. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this hotel.

Just Ok

Good location, was clean, but a little beat up and small. The owners were nice and good to work with. Biggest complaint was that the room had zero towels - they said they were out and would bring some in the morning, but never saw any.
