Staff were excellent ( kind, pleasant and helpful ). The room was clean. Comfortable bed. The breakfasts were very good and there were refreshments in the foyer. Much appreciated. Breakfasts starting at 6.30am weekdays and 7am weekends fitted in with my schedule, I am pleased to say.

This hotel was wonderful. We travelled with our 3 year old and stayed in a suite. It came complete with a kitchenette, two beautifully comfortable beds and a good bathroom with a shower. The view was amazing of the Empire State Building and peaceful nights were had! The hotel staff were insanely helpful and breakfast was full of choices and variety. We couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you so much!

People and service was exceptional. Note that parking expensive and valet closes at 10 pm. One night I came back just after 10 pm, they allowed me to park in front of the hotel and still charged me the $50. The hotel is great and breakfast was exceptional. However, the neighborhood was not good.

Everything was great: the staff, valet, rooms, breakfast, cleanliness, etc. The rooms were compact but well laid out. The only downside: construction on the street, and some loud noises outside at night.

Room was clean though small. staffs were kind and prepared.food were good and plenty.But dining place is very crowded -- and it seemed helpless because so many guest use the place at the same time --though sufficient time were offered for breakfast. Surrounding was neat but not seemed always safe. Uber or taxi are convenient to catch and use.

The hotel itself was great, but the area was terrible in the early morning. The nearby construction was so incredibly loud at 730am. It sounded like thors hammer on metal plates for 3 straight hours. Don’t stay in this area for the next few months while they do whatever crazy construction is going on. But also the walls are paper thin and we heard everyones conversations and banging around at all hours.

I love the hard wood floor instead of carpet. Great services at breakfast, appreciate the guy does the clean up and kept the area very clean. The front desk service including the service for the luggage storage is excellent.

The hotel was clean & nice. Bed was comfortable & bathroom was clean. Staff members we encountered with were very nice & professional. Complimentary breakfast was impressive. Rooftop garden had excellent view of Manhattan. It was breathtaking. Subway station was close & convenient. Only one issue is location. I would not want to walk around after sundown.
