I was disappointed on this stay and I have stayed here several times. I paid over $500 for a patio room #201 which I stayed before and the patio was disgusting !!! The pillows were dirty and stained and smelled bad. We could not even use the patio. Requesting full or partial refund from the hotel. This does not represent a 4 Star hotel. Rodney V. Ralph

The hotel left a lot to be desired for quality of linens, thermostat control, as well as staff friendliness. My room smelled and the elevators were functionally inconsistent. The standout employee was my housekeeper. I am grateful I had a bathtub. I can’t speak to the gym. And a complaint if corporate is reading-please bring back room service. It is a hotel that serves as a port not as a regenerative reprieve.

I don’t usually write reviews but this is a great place to stay. Supper nice staff and clean rooms. I stayed for a night and They held my luggage for me the next day while I visited the city and even gave me an umbrella because it was raining even after I checked out wow.
