The room had nice view of Empire State Bldg, clean and organized, staff was very nice and we were able to leave our bags after check out to view the city, they also offered car service to the airport which was awesome.

Thank goodness that Tom was at the front desk this afternoon 1/31/2026 to help check us in —- because the clerk before him was most unhelpful & rude, who walked off in the middle of our check in discussion —We are sure this clerk is a liability to this otherwise quite fine establishment. The room is chilly because the windows leak cold air in the winter. You have to crank up the heat higher than you would normally. Otherwise the room was fine for a budget hotel. The location is excellent

Room and common space was clean. Bathroom a lil odd that it had a window in the shower/tub area but its frosted so ok. For a NYC hotel room, its expected to be small but the layout was odd. The bathroom is right in front of the first bed and the desk near it that you had to squeeze by to access the rest of the room including the other bed. The luggage couldn't even roll through the space and had to be lifted. Good view for people watching. Elevators decent. My biggest issue is there is no refrigerator or microwave. I'd be fine if there was a communal microwave but there isn't even that. You can however ask for a microwave refrigerator combo ne sent to your room for an additional $25/day. Which no thanks. The experience was decent for the price we got the room for. Cleanliness, no odors or bugs and thats what I care about most. Location was the best part, smack dab in the center of Korea street with plenty cafes and restaurants. I felt safe there even at night, as much as traveling in NYC is. Best location for walking around Manhattan in all directions and the Subway is on the corner.

It’s a great hotel in the middle of Manhattan. It’s among the cheapest decent places so manage your expectations. It’s a little old etc, but it’s mid town Manhattan. It is what it is.
