This was an amazing hotel. It was nice to go back to a quiet hotel after being out in the crowds all day. The staff were super friendly and so helpful. It was a small hotel feel.in the middle of the coty. Rooms were spacious. We will definitely return

All staff were perfection, very responsive and attentive; room was very clean and my housekeeper was a keeer, she worked hard and is a lovely lady. My only concern was that the only coffee in room was an expression no coffee and they did not have a coffee service in the main lobby for residence either. So no regular coffee on site they also was not access to water, drinking water, in the lobby. But other than those two points, everything else was terrific. I will definitely come back (with my own coffee and my own water).

The Lombardy Hotel was a perfect place to stay for several days. The room was like a classic New York luxury studio apartment, with everything we needed; the staff was amazing: so helpful and sweet. Loved it!!
