We loved this location near Central Park. It was in a great spot and walkable to most of the locations we hoped to visit (Central Park, Times Square, 5th Avenue shopping, Natural History Museum and The Met). The hotel is nice, but rooms are a bit dated especially the very slow elevators. We loved the suite with two bathrooms and having a functional kitchenette. Zamira our housekeeper was beyond friendly and made us feel so welcome. Three Ups: Location, Location, Location; beds and pillow; and in room coffee! Three Downs: Super slow elevators, front staff not super friendly, rooms are a bit dated

Wonderful location - near Central Park and Times Square, Rockefeller, etc. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and spacious - loved the 2 bathrooms in the Family suite! Close to many amenities. Only issue was the elevators took long, and travelling with a stroller and 2 kids fills up half the elevator. Otherwise, amazing property and space for the price we paid :)

It’s always a challenge to find an affordable hotel in NYC that is decent and is bigger than a phone booth. The Manhattan Club rooms were large with separate sitting area and large bathroom. It is a bit worn showing its age, but clean and fantastic for the price.

My wife and I loved how close this was to everything, but we really loved the staff and how accommodating everyone is. They were all very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had or suggestions for rides to and from the airport. Will definitely be staying there again.

Staff was Excellent A+ Very professional and polite; But the property needs some updating, the elevator wait time is terrible, there's only 2 working elevators and not very large. The room felt very deteriorated and old, but clean. the location is very close to Central Park and some nice hotspots and restaurants.

Regretably Midtown is not what it used to be . Though located only two blocks away from the park Manhattan looks beaten up ! The hotel suite was very comfortable , extremely spacious , very well cleaned every day . I would recommend the hotel
