The standard grill in various forms is served in the hotel complex. And fun eateries in the Chelsea Market are right around the corner. Certainly a food heaven. Their furniture and facilities are quite run down showing wears and tears. Taking bath while looking out the window is nice but I would appreciate a much better mattress after that.

The Standard we conveniently located to many shops, restaurants, and parks. We had a room on the 13th floor and had amazing views of the Hudson River and downtown NY. The bed and room were comfortable. I would say the bathroom was just ok. It was a bit disjointed and small. The music from The club on the roof (I think 8 floors higher) was extremely loud. It took away from the experience a bit. Other than that the hotel was great and the location can’t be beat!

The Standard is my favorite place to stay in NY! It is quintessential New York vibes. Trendy, cool, and the best rooftop view in the city. So many food/drink options at the hotel itself and in the surrounding area. The meatpacking district is one of the best areas in NY with plenty of shopping as well.

I really love this property. Its in a great location & has plenty of food, shopping & activities that are walkable & close by. I love the vibe of the hotel & that the premium king room i stayed in had a nice sized tub that was deep, perfect for soaking. I would most deff recommend this hotel to others!
