Property was great overall. Good walkable location. However please read fine print; MANDATORY to purchase/utilize onsite bar/restaurant. Which is not a big deal but I would have liked to make that decision. Rude host staff in onsite restaurant. Took forever to be seated, when others were greeted/seated immediately.

My overnight stay at Westin Grand Central fell short of expectations. The primary issue: surprisingly rough, uncomfortable sheets that made sleeping difficult. For a hotel promoting their "Heavenly Bed" experience, the abrasive bedding was a significant letdown. While the central Manhattan location was convenient, the basic comfort problem overshadowed any positives. Unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber and price point.

Very nice hotel. Great location. All of the staff was very friendly at check in, the restaurant and the cleaning staff. The Italian restaurant across the street was excellent and should be highly recommended. We had a lovely dinner there. Wonderful stay we are already planning to come back in the fall Thank you
