The staff was very friendly and very helpful. As us being first timers in New York, they were patient and gave us some awesome recommendations. The young man at the front desk (so sorry I can’t remember his name) was very sweet and helpful. Would be coming back again!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They were very prompt in assisting us with any needs. (We requested extra blankets, they were delivered to our room within minutes.
