The hotel advertised complimentary breakfast which is what made me book there over other locations, however when we got there there was no complimentary breakfast. Other than that it was a great stay.

Desk staff was very courteous. I have had a great experience in the past. However, this time there was significant lack in housekeeping services. The first opportunity for service we were only provided with towels, nothing was wiped down, no floor was swept, bed was sloppily made, the next day there was no service at all, and it was suggested that our privacy light was showing, but this was not the case. After going to the service desk, the next day housekeeping was excellent, but it was a little too late. I'm not sure why there was such a drastic change in service in just a few weeks since I was last here. Parking fees seem to be inconsistent but were still lower than what is advertised which is good, but some days I paid $6 and other days I paid $16. I haven't figured out the pattern but likely you will need to immediately have your ticket validated right after you park and not at the time you are ready to leave for the day.
