Nice and close to La Guardia airport

Great staff, easy to check-in and get settled in. We arrived a few hours early for check-in. The staff quickly checked our bags and they were there when we returned. Only a few issues. The staff did not remind us the adjoining parking lot payment machine is not connected to the hotel, so you must make sure you let staff know you have already paid for your parking - otherwise you will get charged by the hotel and from the machine. There was no body wash soap in the large shower bottle. There was also no blanket or pillows in the room for the couch bed available in the suite. After a long day, we had to call to get it delivered. It was promptly delivered to our room, but for what we paid - the room should be stocked and ready.

The restaurant was top tier, the food was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel and the staff I give them a 10/10 for service! At the pavillion if you close at 11am but you stop taking guests at 10:44am maybe you should let guest service know because they assumed I could still get breakfast. Guest services when I arrived on Friday at 5pm 10/10, on the other hand after they left the replacements would get a 5/10. Hotel was extremely neat and clean, rooms were 8/10. The room temperature was off and the toilets were too far to the ground fit for a toddler. Overall I would stay there again and give this hotel 9/10!

Need to update offerings on Expedia, only thing they had was airport shuttle. Was close to venue we needed to go to but nothing in walking distance, no shuttle to shopping center, electric outlets didn’t work, housekeeping only came when we requested them, bar/ restaurant took hours to get you food. Unless you are staying for a quick 1-2 night business trip, I’d look elsewhere.

Great place to stay if you need a convenient night close to LGA. We flew in late and stayed 1 night. Front desk staff is outstanding. 11/10. Free transport to and from airport. Would stay again.
