Coming from a hospitality industry, customer service in this place is poor, front desk on their phones all times, I ask info about parking person providing the info so rude and never mention about a discount for staying at the hotel, luckily on the 3rd day I notice a flyer with info, so if you park in the mall around the hotel for more than 4hrs make sure you ask for a sticker they give at the FD before you pay the parking fee. Also be aware you are to eat the same thing everyday for breakfast and they are looking how many eggs, bread, fruits you eat. Also, no place to put your cloth beside 5 hangers and the luggage rack, no mirror besides the one in the bathroom. At least the room and bathroom is spacious.
