The hotel is in poor shape. The first room we were given didn't have a locking door nor locking window (ground floor room). Generally poorly kept, old paint, mildew in the shower, etc. The second room was a bit better but far from ideal. However, the staff was very polite, attentive, and accommodating.

The place was filthy, 2 different rooms were offered and both were terrible. Moldy and dirty with stains on the sheets. The Manager refused to give our money back because we booked through a 3rd party, when the 3rd party called to refund, the manager still refused.

I booked to stay here for a last minute stay after my flight was cancelled. I did not think the place was going to be at that nice, but the hotel room was even worse. There was a cigarette burn in the comforter, the bathroom was disgusting, and the entire hotel just looked rundown. I left that night and rented a car to drive 3 hours rather than stay overnight.

The room had stains on the curtains, cove based ripped off the wall. The lamp look like someone was beat with it. The bed frame had stains. When I tried to get a refund within ten minutes of seeing the room they refused.

Very run down hotel. The room was a disaster - Smelly mattress, non functional blinds, heating was cranked up and there was no way to control it. Lights in the room were not working. I have never stayed in a worse place.

This was the worst hotel i have stayed in terms of infrastructure. Absolutely pathetic. Hotels. Com should compensate me for the experience. Will surely never book thru this site . Only silver lining was the staff .

Place looked like a dump. It was horrible dirty carpets, smelled horrible like mold. When we went to look at room it was nasty and bed spread had holes with cigarette burns. Worst experience ever of hotel. We ended up not staying there.
