We enjoyed our stay, the property is in a great location. The only two things I would warn others of is a higher “incidental” hold on your card of $200, I just wish I knew this going into my stay because I took only spending money on my trip. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t great. These were minor things though and we were pleased with our stay.

Location is the best if you want Times Square on or broadway. Hotel is very nice. Get the king spectacular room for a view of Time Square. I paid during booking for the breakfast and it is worth it. The amount of food was better than most hotels. They had a daily bar credit

The hotel was awesome. We got a complimentary upgraded room because it was my daughter's birthday. The city view from the room was amazing! The staff all over the hotel was very accommodating, from valet to front desk and attentive housekeeping. The location is in Times Square so you will hear City sounds but that is to be expected given the location, it did not impact my sleep or my stay. The location is great.
