It was just OK; somewhere to sleep. No bathroom samples—just hand lotion; shower had Body wash & shampoo, so had to lean over bath-tub to get hand soap (was attached on wall).

Hotel repeatedly claimed to not have any rooms. Said they had no reservations under my name. Showed the details of my reservation and they claimed that since it was reserved in April, the reservation expired. What sense does that make?? After contacting your helpdesk, they suddenly found my reservation... Then charged me double the price of what I had booked, coming to $436. When I got to the room, I found out why. They had given me a honeymoon room with a goofy heart-shaped jacuzzi and a single king sized bed instead of the room I had booked with two double beds. One of the "clean" towels folded and in the towel rack had a bunch of pubes and feces in it. The jacuzzi was filthy. Electrical outlets were literally falling apart. Simply an awful experience all around. I want the difference between my reserved price and paid price back.

Do not stay.

The service was horrible. Guyvhad no odea what he was doing had to get whatvlooked like the janitor to help. The day we checked out a fight happened with other guests oitside our door and made it hard to leave. The area looked like a drug den. It was horrible.

Guests were smoking inside the property and in front of the staffs, they did nothing to stop them. On the first day we checked in, looked like the receptionist himself was high.
