Front desk staff was very nice but the shower had roaches in the ceiling corner. Mini fridge didn’t work. Terrible mattress. Room smelled like basement and bleach.

The washroom was not clean at all. You can smell the urine as soon as you open the door to the bathroom. Sure enough the toilet and around the base had dried up urine. We told the front desk but they said they don’t have any other room. No housekeeper. We were so tired from our trip that we didn’t have the energy to argue. Not the best customer service. The bed was lopsided too. Parking was just okay.

Dirty room. Stay here if you want roaches crawling all over you and your things. They obviously have an infestation and are choosing to do nothing about it. When i called the front desk, they were very rude and didn't offer so much as an apology. I will never stay at any red roof again. This is one place where you really should lusten to the reviews!

From the moment we got inside our room we were unhappy. This hotel was infested with cockroaches, there were bugs inside ice/food vending machines, blood stains in bathroom and dirt still in the shower. Staff and management had very nasty attitudes (except for the lobby person the next morning when explaining our situation). There was no attempt to fix the situation or refund us even after brining the situation to their attention within 1 hour of us checking in. They would not clean the room and denied us a room change/refund. When trying to resolve this issue after our stay the manager gave us a false phone number and email address to file a complaint to the company office. Red Roof Inn corporate was not helpful -denying all claims and refused to refund us claiming it was not under their control. Dirty carpets, dirty trashcans, dead/live bugs within the facility; I have photos of everything noted in this review and would not recommend this chain of hotels to anyone. When I stay at a hotel, at the very minimum expect it to be CLEAN. Cockroaches inside the vending and ice machines is unsanitary and a clear violation of food and health safety conditions. My experience has been terrible to say the least and would not recommend.

We had a reservation and got there to check in and they said they double booked and we did not have a reservation. They did absolutely nothing to make it right. 2 kids with me. Infuriating.

The girls at the desk were very nice. The room was clean. However, the bathroom was quite dated. The hairdryer was broken and had to unplug to turn off. It was good for an overnight stay.
