No Elevator!!!

The room itself, was comfortable after unclogging the sink. My elderly mother struggled getting to the room, because there’s no elevator at this location. We weren’t previously advised of this and was told that they weren’t able to move us to the first floor. Also, towels/facecloths are not available at the front desk until after 10:00 AM, although checkout is at 11:00 AM

The place is discussing dirty smell like cigarettes and dirty sucks and feet’s . As soon you walk the door of the place. The stuff is rude uneducated and not welcoming at all. Too many law class people frequent around the premises. Doesn’t look safe at all I thought I I may get robbed in the parking lot.

If you don't mind the odour of marijuana throughout the lobby and hallways then you will enjoy your stay,... ice machine and laundry services were not available. If I had known prior I would not have booked.
