Staff friendly and helpful. Just be aware that there is a £5 overnight parking fee per car. However, this is discounted from £8 overnight that I believe may be advertised on the Parking signs.

Spa facilities good. Not enough car parking space. Room had no window offering natural light

Nice hotel but the room was a little tired with signs of wear and damage. The heating wasn't working and I had to advise reception who left a portable heater in the room. It's surprising how often this happens in other hotels, not just here, and suggests a lack of maintenance.

A great location for attending Wolfson College, but a 40 minute walk from Oxford city centre, with no shops or anything else. The property is clean and serviceable, but with no frills.
