Convenient town centre hotel.

Had executive room 1016 for one night. Very spacious, seating area, bath with seperate shower and comfy, although smallish bed. Does look onto Friar Street so very noisy and had to keep windows shut which did mean room got very warm even with AC on. Parking on site very convenient. Staff all very helpful. Pool lovely.

Great stay, great location

Lovely pool, sauna and steam room, very friendly staff, location was amazing right in the centre. Room was nice, have stayed in nicer Novotels the toilet and bathroom were separate and on different sides of the room however overall very nice stay.

We were given a very warm and friendly welcome. The staff were efficient and helpful throughout the hotel. Very good breakfast, plenty of choice. Swimming pool facilities well maintained, clean and warm. Room very comfortable. Our first stay and very impresses, nothing to fault. Will make it our first choice on next visit to Reading.

Typical chain getting away with high prices.

For the price, not great. Ive stayed at places which have cost less and been higher standard. Just getting to hotel car park was painful. Be warned, Hotel.com do not advertise the parking will cost £20.00 per night. Thats a suprise. The first room they gave me had a lesking sink. You'd think these things are checked, especially for the price you pay.
