Compare Cheap Hotels in Newport Beach

Most of the staff were kind and friendly. One staff person at the front desk had a haughty manner. Hot tub was nice 2 out of 3 days. On the third it was a warm tub.

Room was not the cleanest (spills on walls and doors and dark debris on carpet was missed). Mini fridge was unusable to the guest as it was only stocked with censored items for purchase. I would have preferred to store my (EXPENSIVE) leftover meals in it.

Did not follow through on proper billing. Over charged

Clean room, nice amenities, good location

Parking was easy, thought the cost was a little high to park there every night. Staff was friendly, room stayed nice and cool. Internet was slow, when trying to watch tv it would buffer alot. The people above us were constantly walking back and forth and not walking lightly, it became very irritating. Overall I would stay there again, just not sure if I will rent a car next time. It was enough to rent the car much less have to pay to park also.
