We have stayed at this property many times over the years and liked the cleanliness and service here. Unfortunately, this will be our last stay here. The rooms show wear and tear and aren’t as clean as they were before. AC worked terribly and had to be fixed. Our first night, we requested a pack and play for our 5 month old (which I called and confirmed in advance) and it was never delivered. Had to unsafely sleep with our baby in the bed. Just an overall mediocre experience and unsatisfied with the service.

Nice Hotel, but spoiled by the food service. I ordered a sandwich in the food shop. After I wanted to add salt & pepper, but the server had left the area. There was a button to push to contact server, I pressed the button multiple times--but no one ever showed up. That same thing happened again that night. I decided to have a Starbucks coffee, but once again no server & no response to the button to contact server. This gave me an overall dissappointment for the stay

The temperature throughout the hotel was a mess. Lobby and bathrooms were freezing and the hallways were hot. Our rooms safe was broken, AC wasn’t blowing cold, and we couldn’t connect the TV to the Chromcast feature to stream due to faulty internet. Engineering came in and fixed the AC issues but we’re unable to fix the safe issue as it was not just a simple battery replacement. Also, despite efforts the TV connection issue couldn’t be fixed. The “bar” was a joke. The bartender was running back and forth between the bar and the cafe area holding down the forth both places. The service at restaurant was sub par as they rarely checked on us and never refilled waters despite asking for refill’s. The waiter appeared to be really put out when we wanted to pay cash and told us he had no change and wouldn’t take cash. Overall it was not a good stay. We will not be back.

The hotel remodel is very nice, all first class. Good checkin service. Only one small issue: the room only had one coffee cup and only decaf coffee. And the small dresser in the closet with the safety deposit blocked the closet doors from sliding fully opened or closed. Odd.

The hotel is very conveniently located near John Wayne Airport and is a perfect “business hotel” for folks visiting Orange County on business. The rooms are nice, and sufficiently appointed. The lighting system is odd, and didn’t work in my room the way that the front desk described. The in-room coffee maker was busted. And the toilet flushes VERY loud - sufficiently loud that you can hear flushes in other rooms. All of the features to save electricity and water do have drawbacks for guests, especially when the price doesn’t reflect our participation in presumably saving the property money. That said, the hotel is clean, well-located and a good place to stay for a night or two when you need to visit the area.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean. The bathroom was very minimalistic. I was a single person and did not have enough space by the sink for normal products. Bathroom could have been designed better. Other than that I was happy with the accomodations.
