The pictures on the website did not do the property Justice. I don't think it was the same hotel in the pictures. When I went to get ice the ice machine didn't work, but I did notice gentleman loading filming equipment from a Cadillac Escalade into a hotel room, presumably to make a motion picture which requires a hotel room. The three kids standing outside my room. When I went to open the door all had ankle monitors on. I suppose the neighborhood could have been better.

When I first arrived at the location, my hopes or high that I have found a decent hotel to stay for the night just as I expected. I was wrong. I was traveling with my significant other when we decided to go get something to eat, but we wanted to check in first so we can drop off our stuff and make sure that the room was decent when we arrived back upon further inspection. The air filters needed to be replaced Bedsheets needed to be severely swapped out, and the mattress was soaked in Dried urine And they had little black spots on the mattress, cover and mattress. Next, I saw that the towels in the bathroom were not up to par either due to the stains in mysterious red stains that were on the hand towels as well but I do have a video of the bedsheets soak in somebody else’s blood and body fluids… So yeah, anybody else that wants to pour money into this poor establishment be my guess… but I definitely got compensation afterwards and immediately got my refund on the spot due to unsanitary conditions because when I asked for another room, owner of the property told me that all of the rooms were the same way.

The staff was very helpful, but they don’t do much else from what I noticed. Everything just seemed outdated and the area is super sketchy. For example: random people will knock on your car door window asking you to roll it down for whatever reason.

There was very visible dirt, hair, and God knows what else on the inside bathroom door. I asked them to clean it because it should have been cleaned before anyone checked into that room. No one cleaned it. I had some alcohol wipes and was able to wipe off some of the dirt and dark colored "stuff" off of the door but it needs a good cleaning and sanitizing. And it looks like there is mold/mildew on the chalking in the shower Some of the other guest were "rambunctious" - very loud and disruptive with arguing and cursing. We got in very late and check in was smooth.

When we arrived the mgr. said there was a problem with the room. After about 20 minutes of him conversing with a staff person on the phone they came to the conclusion to give us a free upgrade to another non-smoking room free. We went to the room and it smelled of smoke instantly. This must have been a previous smoking room because of the smell,burn holes in all the sheets and burn marks on every counter. While trying to sleep there was constant door loud closings and .... oh yes the loud arguments that went on outside our door from 2am til 4am, but at least nobody got shot. As for 2 star hotels this didn't make it. I don't know what you need to be a 1 star hotel but I think we need a new rating system to include a nebula at the bottom so this motel can get a true rating.
