I can't say the good thing about this property. The room we got had a broken shower, then we were moved to another room with broken A/C, not working fridge and the one we got was with mold inside. At the end the coffee maker had still coffee in it, covered completely in mold.

The room was dirty. The tub and fridge had filth all over and in them. The bed had stains on it. I would not recommend this place to anyone

The environment is good：there are performance at the lawn near the hotel，and a big supermarket with walking distance. All good but there was no hair dryer in the room and only half roll of toilet paper left that was run out soon. Front desk is always left unattended，you have to call them for everything.

Filthy and disgusting!!

This place was filthy. Spiders and spiderwebs everywhere. When we brought it to the staffs attention, they were rude and dismissive. They basically said take it or leave it, but didn't offer a refund. They advertise as having breakfast, but when you arrive there is a sign that says no breakfast. I've stayed in many hotel and motels in many different places, and this was by far the worst. I would never stay here again! Hotels.com should remove this place from their app.

Property does not look like pictures, front desk looks untidy. Very limited access to staff and front desk. Calls to front desk are unanswered. Management did mention at check-in that rooms are not cleaned and towels are not supplied. Condition of rugs and doors need repair,

We were told ahead of time that our check in could be later as it was a busy long weekend. When we arrived our desired room wasn't ready and we were offered another room but declined due to location...we said we'd wait...they immediately got our room ready in 20 minutes while we enjoyed ourselves in the gazebo. Beautiful property and gardens.
