It is interesting setup for common area. Free parking and walking distance to the fall. Close to restaurants in Clifton Hill. Staff are very friendly. We enjoyed the stay.

The hotel smelled old and musty. The girl at the front desk was rude. The whirlpool tub was too old looking to even get into. The water in the shower went from cold to scalding, back to cold and back to scalding again.

We used to come to this hotel at least 2 times a year when the kid was little up until Covid. So 8 years, now after coming back after so long we were disappointed. The waffle machines are gone ( my kid loved the waffles ) there was no fruit of any kind, no yogurt and no muffins. There was egg, pork sausages, 3 cereals, bread, bagel and English muffin and the usual juice, coffee and hot water for tea. One of the highlights was the breakfast back before Covid.

We found the hotel to have an older interior, but it was nice. It was clean, but the carpeting needs to be replaced. It was bunched up in several areas. We would stay again.
