Breakfast situation was terrible. You were unable to grab and go. You had to wait in a line that was 40 people deep outside of other guest rooms in order to get in by the breakfast. Once the room is full, people have 20 minutes to eat, so we finally gave up and went to a local establishment.

We loved how close we were to the falls but didn’t like how far away from a convenience store. I would have thought because there weren’t any convenience stores close the hotel would have more than one soda machine. They would do well if they brought in another machine or two. Breakfast was a bit of a nightmare. Huge lineup, small space, and dismissive staff made for a poor experience. When asking about gluten dairy free options, no one was interested in helping out or couldn’t help out because of a language barrier. Even with a bad breakfast experience, it’s NOT worth going across the street to the 12.99 buffet. The room was clean and comfortable but a bit dated. The view from the hotel was nice especially seeing the mist from the falls and river. We were on the 8th floor.

Breakfast area was really small for the size of hotel. Rushed 20min no sitting around. Only one microwave in breakfast area and not accessable after 9:30 am. Not alowed to take food back to ur room, so, long lines to wait for spot to sit..SMALL FRIDGE in room and NO microwave.. Poor access to ice machine and front desk from secondary two story building. All that being said the staff was very helpful and courteous.
